Lesson plans integrate math, food and agricultural science, Indigenous history and educational games. Within the lessons, topic areas addressed are

Plant Health and Production and Plant Products; Animal Health and Production and Animal Products; Food Safety, Nutrition, and Health; Natural Resources, and Environment; Agriculture Systems and Technology; and Agriculture Economics and Rural Communities.

Professional Development

This regional project is funded by USDA targets tribal communities and surrounding areas in six states:

Arizona, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon and South Dakota.
